« Salvando el problema que comento en esta opinión, que en ocasiones fue estresante, las instalaciones, la embarcación, el personal, la atención al público y el servicio es de 5 estrellas. Pero tengo que dar 4 de 5 estrellas ya que tuvimos muchísimos problemas cada vez que queríamos arrancarla. Las instrucciones dadas por el personal en 3 diferentes ocasiones por 3 diferentes empleados, que por cierto estuvo siempre muy atento y asegurándose de que estaba todo bien, fueron contradictorias y ninguna de ellas consiguió el resultado de arrancarla a la primera, o como mínimo a la seguna.... Siempre arrancó después de varios intentos. Mi recomendación es que alguien se lea las instrucciones de arranque y se informe a todo el personal para asegurarse de que no vuelva a ocurrir. »
